Grace and Mac’s One Eleven South Main wedding is definitely going down in the books as a favorite of mine. I shared a little about Grace and Mac in their engagement session post here but to say these two have a sweet love story would be an understatement. Mac came along when Grace was really sick and walked through so much of her health journey with her. Their love already survived the “in sickness and in health” part of their vows before they even took them and I think that’s so beautiful. Because of that, I know God strengthened their relationship and will use their story to inspire so many! Because of everything that Grace has been through, celebrating this day was extra special and was a true miracle.

Every moment of this day was filled with love and God’s spirit. I was moved by so many moments. The moment that Grace’s sweet dad came in to see her for the first time in her gown, tears broke out (you’ll see the image). I shared a little about this in the Instagram post but it was so clear that in that moment, Grace’s dad had so many memories flood back of being a father to her and he stood there completely overwhelmed and blessed to be witnessing her in a healthy place, getting ready to marry the love of her life. As I captured the moments unfolding, I had tears in my own eyes, knowing it must be so powerful to see something come to fruition that you weren’t sure would ever happen. But God is so good and this family’s faith is truly something I strive for. Hearing in everyone’s speeches how they chose to trust God regardless of what happened was incredible. It made photographing this day feel like a gift!

There were so many beautiful moments throughout the day and I am so excited to share it all with you today! While venue challenges and coronavirus changed Grace’s plans numerous times, they stayed positive the whole time so when they were finally able to get married at this gorgeous venue in Bridgewater, I just wanted to jump up and down. Their day was magical and I’m so grateful God allowed for this to happen with some of their closest friends and family!
