The past week has apparently been senior portrait week because I’ve done multiple sessions with the most amazing seniors! They have all been unique and so much fun to photograph. Sammie booked my styling collection which is where we go to go to a local Charlottesville boutique the week of the shoot to pick out a couple outfits! Sammie has such a great sense of style and she knew exactly what she liked right away and I LOVE the colorful outfits she picked out! It totally took the shoot to a whole new level and also made her feel amazing because she loved what she was wearing and looked absolutely incredible!

This shoot is definitely a new favorite and I think it was a combination of the outfits, Sammie’s modeling skills (she’s actually never been photographed professionally before but I don’t know if I believe her… haha!), and the location! Every time I get to do a shoot in a downtown or city location, I always have a lot of fun because it’s different than what I normally do! Sammie goes to high school in Harrisonburg so we ended up doing her session downtown and it was perfect! I had never shot in downtown Harrisonburg before and we found SO many cool locations! I’m beyond excited to share her shoot with you guys today!! Enjoy a peek into our fun afternoon last week!
