I only have one more wedding to share from last year and then I’m officially caught up on blogging! I can’t believe it. Thank the Lord for down season! Haha! But let’s get to the good stuff of this post! I met up with Taylor and Todd at UVA this past December and somehow in December there will still leaves on the trees! I shoot at UVA all the time but I truly love how this one turned out! The light was so soft and pretty and Taylor and Todd were full of joy and so fun to photograph! I loved capturing their love!

These two came down from Baltimore just for their shoot with me and are getting married in Taylor’s hometown of Wilmington, Deleware next fall and I am so excited!! They were sharing a little with me about their venue and I always say this but getting to travel and be in a new environment for a wedding makes me even more inspired than normal. I have a few weddings that are outside of Virginia this year and that makes my travel-loving heart very happy. I’m so glad one of those weddings is for Taylor and Todd!

Taylor and Todd have been together since 2013 and were long distance for a while but they are finally in the same city now, engaged, and only 8 months away from their wedding! After about seven years together, that probably feels fast-approaching! I love getting to tell these stories for my couples! I look back at the images of Sam and I from our wedding day just about once a week and I can’t imagine not having those photos! What a gift it is to get to do this for a living. I hope it never gets old! But anyway, here are my favorites from their shoot back in December! Aren’t they adorable?!
