I shot Camilla’s senior portraits back in March and we had the best time! This was my first session at Sunset Beach which is one of the most popular beaches on the north shore. It’s so beautiful and definitely gave a show for sunset! Camilla actually has lived on Oahu her whole life so leaving for college will be her first time living anywhere else! I always wonder what it would be like to be born on an island so I always ask people who have been here forever. Some people still love it and some people are itching for something new and can’t wait to move.

Camilla said she’d definitely miss Oahu and the beaches but she was also so excited to experience something new in Texas! She actually might have already started her first year of college since I’m blogging this so late. Haha. But we had such a good time and as always, Camilla was so fun to work with, just like all my seniors are! I swear my seniors take modeling classes because they make my job so easy!

Also, I was a little worried about shooting at this location since it’s very busy especially in the winter when there’s surfing going on but we somehow managed to mostly crop people out. What you don’t see is the people all over the beach. Haha. I ended up loving the shots we took towards the end at sunset, though. The ones near the water are so gorgeous. I cannot get over the color of the ocean here.
